Job Duties

  • Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift
  • Ensure utensils and condiments are set on the table
  • Refill beverages and clear used plates and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the pass
  • Assist servers with guests as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate table availability
  • Separate items in the dishwashing area
