The Busser/Runner is responsible for the efficient delivery of hot food orders to tables and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant. They communicate table availability to the host or server and assist with washing and sorting items in the dish area. Physical stamina and teamwork skills are essential, as is the ability to perform multiple tasks with close attention to detail.

Candidates for this position must meet certain physical requirements including the ability to safely bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds, as well as stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Red Lobster is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment, welcoming applicants of diverse backgrounds without discrimination based on age, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status. The pay rate for this position ranges from $15.92 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting the importance Red Lobster places on rewarding dedicated team members.

Overall, joining Red Lobster as a Busser/Runner offers the opportunity to be part of a passionate team in a company that values community, career growth, and excellent service.
