The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is a vital position ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and customers receive excellent service. The Busser/Runner is responsible for greeting customers with a smile and preparing the station for each shift, maintaining tables by ensuring cutlery and condiments are set, refilling drinks, and clearing away used dishes and glassware. They also assist servers by delivering hot food promptly to customers and providing any additional support needed. Adherence to safety and cleanliness standards is essential, including clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table availability, and sorting items in the dishwashing area.

Job Duties
- greet each customer entering the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure cutlery and condiments are on the table

- follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
