The role available is for a Busser/Runner, a vital position responsible for enhancing the customer dining experience through dedicated support in multiple areas. The position involves welcoming guests with a warm smile, preparing the workstation for the shift, ensuring tables are set with utensils and condiments, refilling beverages, clearing dishes and glassware, delivering hot food to tables when ready, assisting servers with customer needs, and adhering to stringent food safety and cleanliness standards. The Busser/Runner also maintains the cleanliness of dining areas by resetting tables and cleaning seats and floors, communicates table availability effectively to team members, and manages dish sorting in the sink area. This dynamic role requires teamwork, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and physical stamina.

To succeed in this role, individuals must meet several physical requirements. They need to be of the minimum legal working age and authorized to work in the United States. The job demands the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, and to stand for shifts that can last between 8 to 12 hours. Job Duties

  • Greet each customer at our restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
  • refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
  • deliver hot food to customers when it is ready on the pass
  • provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
  • follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • clear plates from tables, reset the table, and clean seats and floors
