The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is essential in delivering outstanding guest experiences. This part-time position has a pay range of $16.90 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to fair and competitive compensation. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain on one's feet for an entire 8 to 12-hour shift.
