The position offered is an hourly, non-exempt role with additional earning potential through tips, ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in active, fast-paced environments. This role supports both restaurant and bar operations, ensuring guests receive timely, attentive, and efficient service from the moment they arrive until their departure. With a strong focus on cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction, team members in this role engage in a variety of tasks including clearing and resetting tables, assisting with mobile ordering technology, running food orders, and maintaining the overall ambiance and sanitation of the venue.

In addition, this role embodies the PopStroke Way by requiring a hands-on approach that includes jumping in to solve problems, collaborating closely with teammates, and maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
