The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is essential in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant floor. Tasks also involve clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, notifying staff about table availability, and sorting items in the dishwashing area. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours, and collaborate closely with team members with attention to detail. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Receive each customer in our restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift

  • Provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
