The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is essential to maintaining a smooth and inviting dining experience for guests. As a Busser/Runner, employees are the first to greet customers with a warm smile, setting the tone for their visit. Responsibilities include preparing the station before shifts, ensuring tables are stocked with cutlery and condiments, refilling beverages, clearing plates and glassware, and delivering hot food to customers promptly from the pass. The role involves assisting servers as needed, strictly adhering to food safety and cleanliness standards, and maintaining the dining areas by clearing and resetting tables and cleaning seats and floors. Effective communication regarding table availability and organizing items in the dishwashing area are also important. This position requires stamina to stand for 8 to 12 hours, the ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds, and teamwork with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests when ready at the pass
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in dishwashing area
