Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work well within a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment helpful but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Basic physical ability to perform job duties

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest in the restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift
  • Ensure silverware and condiments are set on the table
  • Refill drinks and remove used dishes and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
  • Assist servers with guests as needed
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness practices
  • Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate table availability
  • Sort items in the dishwashing area
