The role offered is that of a restaurant team member who will support both restaurant and bar operations within PopStroke venues. This position is non-exempt and offers an hourly wage plus tips, allowing team members to benefit from direct customer interaction. The job requires a hands-on approach, including clearing and resetting tables, assisting guests with a mobile ordering app, running food orders from the kitchen, and ensuring that all service stations and restrooms are clean and well-stocked. The role involves daily interaction with customers where friendly and attentive service is paramount, requiring excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude.
This position also demands adherence to strict safety and sanitation standards, ensuring that the environment remains welcoming and hygienic for all guests. Team members will collaborate closely with coworkers to deliver seamless service, working both indoors and in outdoor environments. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and safely using ladders for various tasks.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates
- must be be able to safely use a ladder

Job Duties
- Support the restaurant and bar operations
- clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- run food orders from kitchen to tables ensuring accuracy and presentation
- utilize technology for food pick up and drop off service
- maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas including gaming and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist with opening and closing procedures including cleaning, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- uphold safety and sanitation principles
- collaborate with team members for efficient service
- work in indoor and outdoor environments
- perform other assigned duties
