Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country applied for
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
- Setting up station for the shift
- Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables
- Running hot food to guests when ready
- Providing guest support for servers as needed
- Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clearing dishes from tables
- Resetting tables
- Cleaning seats and floors
- Communicating table readiness
- Breaking down items in the dish area
