Job Requirements

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is beneficial
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including trays and food

Job Duties

  • Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware
  • Set up tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware for new guests
  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Refill water glasses and assist with any special requests from guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations
  • Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory of dining essentials
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
  • Handle any guest requests or issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the team during busy periods by helping with additional tasks as needed
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed
