Job Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is beneficial
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including trays and food
Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware
- Set up tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware for new guests
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Refill water glasses and assist with any special requests from guests
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations
- Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory of dining essentials
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Handle any guest requests or issues promptly and professionally
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with additional tasks as needed
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed
