This job opening is for the position of Busser/Runner, an essential role in the restaurant that helps maintain the smooth operation of the dining area. As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a critical supporting role in enhancing the guest dining experience. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests with a friendly smile, setting up your station and ensuring that tables are stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing tables to keep the dining environment clean and inviting. You will also be responsible for running hot food from the kitchen to guests promptly, assisting servers as needed, and maintaining rigorous adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. Additional tasks include clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table readiness to the team, and breaking down items in the dishwashing area. The role requires physical stamina including the ability to bend, reach, lift items up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended shifts, typically 8 to 12 hours. The position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, are detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country applied for
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- must be a team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask
