Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant environment beneficial
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
  • prepare station for shift
  • ensure cutlery and condiments are set on tables
  • refill drinks and remove used dishes and glassware
  • carry hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
  • assist servers with customers as needed
  • follow all food safety and sanitation rules
  • clear dishes from tables, reset tables, clean seats and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • separate items in the dishwashing area
