Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Knowledge of food service practices including food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Assist servers by providing support during busy periods including bussing tables and refilling drinks
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
  • Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area by clearing tables and disposing of waste appropriately
  • Assist with food preparation when needed following safety and hygiene standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly
