This position as a Busser/Barback at Yard House is an essential role that supports the Servers and Bartenders by ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are kept clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. The Busser/Barback works behind the scenes to clear bars and tables, clean and sanitize barware, restock glassware and plateware, and maintain the overall readiness of the bar and dining areas. Additionally, they assist with changing out kegs to keep beer selections fresh and available on tap. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar, helping to create a positive and memorable experience for the guests.
