Busser/Barback

Our establishment, Yard House, is currently seeking Busser/Barbacks to join our team. Our Busser/Barbacks play a crucial role in assisting Servers and Bartenders, ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and stocking of our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. They also support Bartenders in maintaining the bar area, changing kegs, and restocking glassware and plateware to provide a seamless guest experience. We uphold a set of House Rules that emphasize creating a vibrant atmosphere, full commitment to the job, fostering a supportive team environment, and promoting diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of our operations.
