The successful candidates will be focused on keeping the restaurant tidy by setting and clearing tables, managing dishware and glassware, and aiding bartenders by stocking beverages and maintaining the bar area.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area and bar, promptly clearing and resetting tables to prepare for incoming guests, and assisting with the continuous stocking and maintenance of the bar area. Keeping the floors clean from spills and food debris is essential to the safety and comfort of our patrons, and maintaining an orderly busser station will help the overall service flow smoothly.

You will also be responsible for handling opening and closing duties related to your assigned areas, bringing used dishware to the cleaning area, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked with glasses and beverages. Additionally, your support to the bartenders by changing kegs when necessary and keeping the bar top clean plays a vital role in the operational success of our service team.
