Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year related experience
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 18 plus years of age
  • Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using hands to handle objects

  • Knowledge of proper lifting techniques
  • Understanding of guest relations
  • Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards
  • Experience in full service restaurant operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English both verbally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table, seat, and station numbers and proper table setups
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
  • Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
  • Ensure that all necessary stock is replenished during the shift
  • Respond to guest concerns or complaints and resolve them while maintaining a positive attitude, escalating to management when necessary
  • Clean and dry spills immediately and never leave spills unattended
  • Move furniture as directed by management including tables, chairs, and equipment
  • Report and record any breakage
  • Maintain knowledge of the correct maintenance and use of equipment
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
  • Assist teammates with side work duties upon request
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
