Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year related experience
- High school diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18 plus years of age
- Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using hands to handle objects

- Understanding of guest relations
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards
- Experience in full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English both verbally and in writing
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables
- Maintain complete knowledge of table, seat, and station numbers and proper table setups
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
- Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
- Ensure that all necessary stock is replenished during the shift
- Respond to guest concerns or complaints and resolve them while maintaining a positive attitude, escalating to management when necessary
- Clean and dry spills immediately and never leave spills unattended
- Move furniture as directed by management including tables, chairs, and equipment
- Report and record any breakage
- Maintain knowledge of the correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
- Assist teammates with side work duties upon request
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
