Originally starting as a small take-out pizzeria, Cicis quickly grew into a successful business by introducing an innovative unlimited pizza buffet concept. This concept has contributed to its expansion to over 300 locations nationwide, making Cicis a recognized name in the casual dining and pizza industry. Known for preparing their dough fresh from scratch daily, Cicis prides itself on delivering high-quality pizza and exceptional customer service. Cicis is privately and locally owned, maintaining a strong commitment to community values and offering a friendly, welcoming environment to its guests.
At Cicis, every day begins with the goal of making each guest's day memorable by providing remarkable service and delicious, quality pizza. Employees are often surprised by the rewarding career paths available within the company, which offers extensive training that encourages progression into management roles. The company culture fosters teamwork, enthusiasm, and professionalism, ensuring a positive workplace atmosphere for every team member.
The Restaurant Team Member role is pivotal in maintaining the restaurant’s standard of quality and guest satisfaction. This position involves directly engaging with guests, ensuring their experience meets Cicis' high standards through courteous and prompt service. Team Members are trained and expected to perform a variety of duties, including proper table bussing, stringent cleaning protocols, and assisting guests with their orders and needs effectively. The company provides a supportive environment for individuals with diverse experiences, from those with extensive restaurant backgrounds to those new to the industry.
In this role, employees will be responsible for tasks such as preparing ingredients, making quality pizza and other food products, taking guest orders, and performing closing duties such as cleaning and organizing the workspace. Safety and security are paramount, with an emphasis on maintaining a clean and organized restaurant and complying with all operational and uniform standards outlined in the company’s Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook. This entry-level role is ideal for those passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences and looking for career growth opportunities in the restaurant industry.
