The individual will be tasked with duties vital to guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and venue cleanliness. Responsibilities include diligent table maintenance, adherence to opening, running, and closing protocols, and attentive guest interaction. Communication skills, urgency, and critical thinking are essential to navigate the demands of this fast-paced environment efficiently. The role embodies a spirit of teamwork and assistance where collaboration with fellow employees is encouraged, fostering a cooperative and supportive workplace.

This position is suited for individuals with prior experience in high-volume kitchen operations, particularly in food service roles such as expeditors or servers, within similarly fast-paced environments. Holders of a state or county Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent are required. A high school diploma and strong tolerance for diverse cultures, music, and art forms complement the qualifications needed. Preference is given to those with Spanish language skills and point-of-sale experience.
