Guests here enjoy a variety of amenities including five pools, a full-service salon and day spa, and proximity to championship golf courses — all set against the backdrop of stunning desert landscapes and elegant Spanish Mission-inspired architecture. The resort combines natural beauty with exceptional service to create memorable stays for families, business clients, and event attendees alike.
The Outlet Busperson role at the Kimpton Miralina Resort is essential in delivering the highest standard of guest service. This hourly position involves supporting servers by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of dining areas during operational hours. The successful candidate ensures tables are consistently stocked with polished china, glassware, silverware, and linens, while upholding impeccable sanitation and cleanliness standards. This role requires an individual who is attentive, friendly, and courteous at all times—whether interacting with guests, fellow team members, or management. Physical endurance is vital, as the busperson will perform duties involving moving and lifting objects up to 100 pounds and standing throughout their shift. The ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet service deadlines is fundamental. The position also involves learning and adhering to established operational procedures, including opening and closing duties and participating in ongoing training and meetings.

The outlet busperson helps create an environment where guests feel valued and cared for, ensuring their visit is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. This position offers a dynamic and engaging work environment within a prestigious hospitality brand dedicated to innovation, quality, and guest satisfaction.
