Founded in 2006 by Barry Sternlicht, this company has grown to become an influential name in the luxury hospitality industry, affiliated with the global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group. At its core, Starwood Hotels is committed to sustainability, inclusiveness, and delivering superior guest experiences that align with its mission-oriented approach. With a focus on environmental responsibility and stellar service, the company embraces a culture of collaboration and respect for nature as essential elements of its operational philosophy.

Working at Starwood Hotels means being part of a mission-driven organization that is dedicated not only to excellence in hospitality but also to making a positive impact on the world. Starwood Hotels encourages its team members to bring their authentic selves to work every day and contribute meaningfully to the company’s lofty goals of sustainable hospitality. The brand promotes a work environment that fosters personal growth, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to the planet and the communities it serves.

The role of Pool Busser at Starwood Hotels is an essential support position situated within the dynamic pool and outdoor dining areas of their luxury properties. This full-time role involves working closely with the service team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. Physical stamina is also essential, as the role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a busser or food runner, preferably in luxury hospitality, resort, or pool environments. Food Handler Certification is preferred but not mandatory, with the option to obtain certification during employment. Flexibility in availability, including working weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, is required to meet operational needs.
