Job Duties

  • Set and clear restaurant tables
  • stock all service stations
  • assist food servers with table service
  • quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • promptly reset all serviceware as prescribed
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen, and condiments
  • wipe down booths and chairs
  • move tables and chairs
  • clean floors as necessary
  • serve guests beverages, breads, and butter
  • replenish as necessary
  • assist servers with food and beverage service
  • transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
  • perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
  • fold napkins to maintain supply
  • perform assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • clean unexpected spills
  • handle special guest requests
  • greet and seat guests
  • perform other duties as assigned
