Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform various dining room and kitchen support tasks
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- Ability to maintain a calm attitude under pressure

Job Duties
- Serve as a dining room busser in various areas as needed
- Prepare dining room by setting tables and stocking supplies before service
- Arrange tables and chairs for large groups
- Clear tables and unload trays separating dishes, silverware, and linen
- Reset tables with appropriate silverware and glassware
- Refill water glasses while greeting customers
- Assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness including dish removal and spill cleanup
- Run food to correct tables in a timely manner
- Support wait staff and bartenders by assisting with food delivery and resident requests
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstation
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by the food and beverage manager
