Job Requirements

  • Previous busser experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous busser experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking and lifting
  • willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed
  • maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen and condiments
  • wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
  • serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
  • assists servers with food and beverage service
  • transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
  • performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
  • folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
  • performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • performs other duties as assigned such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, greeting and seating guests
