Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
- May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
- Must be able to bend or lift up to 50 lbs
- Six months previous bar, restaurant, or hotel experience

- Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask
- Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
Job Duties
- Assist when asked with guest requests and when needed for server needs
- Maintain cleanliness by picking up any debris or spills/grease on the floor
- Look for overall cleanliness of the dining room by checking chairs, banquettes, as well as underneath tables
- Operate as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help when needed
- Reset tables according to the floor plan
- Restock of the servers’ station with silverware, plate ware and glassware
- Help clear tables with the assistance of a server
- Provide water service and maintenance
- Mark tables corresponding to the server section you are assigned to
- All other duties as assigned
