We are currently seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team. The Busser plays a crucial role in supporting wait staff and bartenders by maintaining cleanliness and order within the dining area and service stations. This position is essential in ensuring quick table turnover and a pleasant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the physical ability to perform the duties required throughout a busy shift. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, working alongside experienced professionals committed to outstanding service.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 15 lbs
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, and move around during the entire shift
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of menu items
  • Prior restaurant experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Remove used/unnecessary plates while guests are still seated at the table
  • Remove extra place settings at the table or provide any additional settings as needed
  • Prepare tables for the next round of service by removing all plates and glasses
  • Sanitize the table and surrounding area for its next turn
  • Reset place settings: complete with silverware, water glasses, and bread plate, etc.
  • Restock and assist with maintenance of expo/servers' stations, glass washing area, etc.
  • Empty trash containers and dirty dish receptacles
  • Assist with refilling ice for bar service station
