Job Duties

  • Responsible for cleaning tables in 2 minutes after guests departure to ensure table availability throughout the scheduled shift
  • Keep floors clean, dry and swept throughout the restaurant
  • Communicate with staff and management regarding guests and restaurant needs
  • Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
  • Support fellow FOH and BOH staff in duties as needed
  • Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
