Tc4 & Co. is an Austin owned and operated restaurant group dedicated to hard work, high standards and notable hospitality. Founded in 2011 by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, the company began with the opening of their first concept, The League Kitchen & Tavern. The current opening is for a Busser position, a crucial support role within their restaurant operations. The Busser plays an essential part in maintaining the flow of daily dining service by ensuring that dining areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Their responsibilities will include setting tables with the necessary utensils, condiments, linens, and decorations like candles and flowers to create an inviting ambiance for guests. Additionally, bussers assist with clearing tables, removing dirty utensils, replenishing necessary items, and helping wait staff deliver excellent customer service by refilling beverages and ensuring staff have what they need. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers
- Place tableware and condiments on tables
- Refill beverages and take orders
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
