Job Requirements
- must have previous hospitality experience
- must have previous busser experience
- must have experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge environment
- ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- capable of working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- must have or be willing to obtain a food handling certificate

Job Duties
- maintain professional appearance standards as directed by the employee handbook
- anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests
- maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of tables
- communicate the needs of guests to front-of-house and heart-of-house staff, servers, managers and chefs
- deliver, fill, and refill water as requested by guests or directed by servers
- clear and reset tables, clean table areas including banquettes during service
- help ensure guest satisfaction through active participation in service
- maintain general cleanliness of stations and entire venue
- comply with department of health and company sanitation standards
- properly set up floor and side stations and perform side work and opening and closing procedures as directed by management
- participate in marking tables for upcoming courses when available
- report all breakage and damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management
- attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings
- attend and participate in training sessions and departmental meetings
- learn by observing and sharing knowledge while leading by example
- portray a positive and professional attitude
- demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its partners
- work as part of a team and provide support to all fellow team members
