Currently, Bon Appetit is seeking to hire a full-time Busser at their Getty Center location in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves assisting food servers, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, and delivering excellent customer service in a fine dining setting. The schedule is full-time with a preference for open availability; however, specific days and hours may vary and will be detailed during the interview process. The role requires at least two years of prior busser experience in a fine dining environment to ensure high standards of service and efficiency are met. The Busser plays a vital role in setting and clearing restaurant tables promptly and efficiently, stocking service stations with necessary items like silverware, linen, and condiments, and assisting servers with food and beverage service. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area through duties such as wiping down booths and chairs, cleaning floors, and managing spills is essential to delivering a superior guest experience. Additionally, the Busser supports the dining team by folding napkins, replenishing condiments, and performing general cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned.
