Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing and food service experience preferred
- ability to work full time including rotating weekends
- ability to stand and move during shift
- ability to perform cleaning tasks
- willingness to follow company policies
- must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- ability to communicate effectively
- pass background screening if required
Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred
- experience in food service preferred
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Sets and clears restaurant tables
- stocks all service stations
- assists food servers with table service
- quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- maintains stock and cleanliness of stations including silverware, linen and condiments
- wipes down booths and chairs
- moves tables and chairs
- cleans floors as necessary
- serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
- assists servers with food and beverage service
- transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- folds napkins to maintain an adequate supply
- performs assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- cleans unexpected spills
- handles special guest requests
- greets and seats guests
