We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our dynamic team. The Busser plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting wait staff and bartenders with the upkeep of tables and service areas. This position involves removing dirty dishes promptly when guests depart, sanitizing tables thoroughly, cleaning seats, and tidying up the surrounding floor and table area to prepare for the next guests. The Busser ensures that tables are reset with clean place settings, silverware, water glasses, and bread plates, providing a seamless transition between seatings.

In addition to table maintenance, the Busser supports overall restaurant operations by restocking and assisting with the upkeep of expo and server stations, managing the glass washing area, emptying trash containers, and replenishing ice at the bar service station. This role demands strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. A good sense of menu items and a friendly demeanor help the Busser contribute to a positive dining experience.

This full-time position requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, and move around for the entire duration of shifts and the capability to lift or carry items up to 15 pounds. While prior restaurant experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
