The role of Busser at Kalahari Resorts, specifically within the Double Cut Steak House and the B-Lux Grill and Bar, is vital in delivering the ultimate guest experience. This position focuses on providing responsive and friendly service that exceeds guest expectations in the restaurant setting. As a busser, you will ensure that dining areas remain clean and inviting by promptly clearing and resetting tables, managing cleanliness in restrooms, and assisting other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Job Duties

  • take dirty tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in the appropriate areas for washing
  • between seating, promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths
  • check floors and clean them as required
  • reset and arrange tabletop
  • inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean and replenish supplies as needed and/or alert the common area cleaners of problem areas
  • communicate with server and hostess/host to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
  • be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
