Job Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented team player
- At least six months to one year restaurant experience, bussing a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods
- Must be able to carry trays and supplies up to 50 lbs
- Food Handler Certification
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Respond urgently and appropriately to guests and coworkers needs
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
- Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems
- Conclude the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return
- Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift
- Clean and sweep dining areas, sanitize and reset tables, take out garbage, stock stations, clean bathrooms
- Anticipate guests and coworkers needs and exceed guest service expectations
- Adhere to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
