The Busser role at First Watch is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the dining room. Bussers ensure tables and seating areas are promptly cleared and reset according to brand standards so guests can be seated quickly and comfortably. This role supports the servers and kitchen staff by maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area, including floors, trash receptacles, and restrooms, which helps deliver a welcoming environment for all guests.

Bussers at First Watch work during the daytime only, with no night shifts, making it ideal for those who prefer mornings and early afternoons. This position requires physical endurance during shifts, involving continuous walking, standing, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying. The role also requires attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring the restaurant looks its best at all times. Weekend availability is required, and applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Starting pay is $6.00 per hour plus tips, with tips paid out daily and the potential to earn an additional $7 to $10 per hour in tips alone.
