The Busser role at Casino @ Dania Beach is a pivotal position within the dining operations team, responsible for supporting the overall guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining room before, during, and after service. Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner while clearing or resetting tables
  • Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or condiments, and providing additional utensils or napkins as requested
  • Anticipate guest needs and communicate requests promptly to the appropriate team member
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient support to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Efficiently clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils as guests finish dining
  • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware promptly and neatly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas
  • Ensure tablecloths, floors, and chairs remain clean and orderly throughout service
  • Refill and restock bread, condiments, beverages, silverware, and other service items as needed
  • Keep bussing carts, side stations, and service areas well-stocked and tidy
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of buffet areas, banquets, or special events when required
  • Notify management promptly of any shortages, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures when handling dishes and tableware
  • Adhere to company policies, uniform standards, and appearance guidelines
  • Follow safety protocols and immediately report any hazards or incidents to management
  • May be required to assist guests in a semi-enclosed terrace where smoking is permitted
  • Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Offer assistance to teammates during busy periods to maintain service excellence
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding guest concerns or operational needs
  • Participate in a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values
  • All other duties as assigned
