The company is currently seeking Bussers to join their dedicated team immediately. Bussers at Fogo de Chao play a vital role in supporting servers and ensuring the dining area runs smoothly and efficiently. The position involves maintaining tables by replenishing items such as ice water, cheese rolls, and side dishes, executing table cleanup and setup, and transporting trays between the dining room and dishwashing area. Bussers also assist in maintaining service stations and manage multiple demands while always prioritizing the guest's experience. The role requires physical stamina as employees must stand and walk for extended periods and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Fogo de Chao offers a competitive fixed pay rate of $21.30 per hour for this position, with the added benefit of being eligible to receive tips, enhancing earning potential.

In addition to compensation, Fogo de Chao provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time hourly team members including medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage are also included where permitted. For part-time team members, coverage options such as minimum essential coverage health plans, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance are offered starting as early as the first of the month after hire.
