Fogo de Chao is a renowned Brazilian steakhouse that specializes in delivering an authentic dining experience centered around the Culinary Art of Churrasco. With a firm commitment to excellence, Fogo de Chao creates an unforgettable atmosphere where guests can discover the rich flavors of traditional Brazilian cuisine, all while enjoying a vibrant and welcoming environment. As a global restaurant brand, Fogo de Chao takes pride in its mission to ignite fire and joy among its team members, guests, and the wider community by fostering a culture grounded in teamwork, integrity, excellence, humility, and the spirit of 'Deixa Comigo' — meaning 'we've got you.' These core values are more than just words—they drive how the company operates daily, emphasizing care and support for everyone at the table.

At Fogo de Chao, the focus extends beyond just providing exceptional food and service to guests. The company is dedicated to feeding a purposeful future by offering meaningful career opportunities that promote professional and personal growth for every team member. They strive to create a work environment where all employees feel welcome and valued, ensuring there is always space at the table for diverse talents and voices. This inclusivity is a foundation of their workplace culture, aiming to develop a team that thrives together while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Now Hiring: Busser / Bussers

The Busser position at Fogo de Chao plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining room. This entry-level role provides essential support to servers by ensuring tables are properly set and cleaned efficiently so guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant dining environment. Bussers are responsible for tasks that include replenishing ice water, cheese rolls, and side dishes at tables, transporting trays to the dishwashing area, and maintaining service stations throughout the shift. They manage competing demands with a guest-first attitude and help execute opening and closing duties as needed.

This position offers a wage of $16.90 per hour, with eligibility for additional tips, providing a solid income foundation for individuals interested in hospitality. Fogo de Chao encourages candidates who are energetic, attentive, and passionate about customer service to join their team. The restaurant offers opportunities for advancement and personal growth within a well-established, inclusive company that values every employee’s contribution.

Furthermore, Fogo de Chao provides comprehensive benefit packages for its full-time and part-time team members, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees after 60 days of employment. Benefits extend to include company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, as well as voluntary coverage options such as critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, and pet insurance. Part-time employees are also supported through minimum essential coverage health plans and access to voluntary benefits offering peace of mind and financial protection.

This role is perfect for individuals who work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team that prioritizes exceptional service and a positive workplace culture. At Fogo de Chao, every team member is valued, and career opportunities at every level ensure the potential for long-term growth within the hospitality industry.
