The establishment values teamwork, open communication, and a warm atmosphere for both guests and employees. As part of its commitment to quality service, the restaurant employs dedicated personnel who work together to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence and customer care. The restaurant views each team member as essential to its smooth operation and overall guest satisfaction, fostering an environment where every employee contributes positively to the dining experience.
The role being offered is that of a Busser within the Operations Department, reporting directly to the Managing Partner and the Store Leader on Duty. This position plays a crucial supporting role in assisting servers to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of service throughout the dining area. The busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-house areas, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms, ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and hygienic for guests. The busser assists with tasks commonly performed by servers or hosts, such as pre-bussing tables, refilling coffee, rolling silverware, and seating guests, which emphasize the collaborative effort required in a restaurant setting. Maintaining specific side work and ensuring the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant are important responsibilities. The busser follows instructions and guidance from the Store Leader and communicates effectively with cooks, servers, hosts, and management to contribute to a harmonious and efficient team environment. Beyond the operational tasks, the busser is encouraged to engage positively with both guests and coworkers, fostering a friendly and enjoyable workplace atmosphere.
