We are currently seeking dedicated Busser team members to join our Olive Garden family. As a Busser, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our dining areas, ensuring that every guest walks into a spotless and inviting environment. Your responsibilities include assisting servers, clearing tables quickly and efficiently, and upholding all sanitation standards to protect both our guests and team members. With a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, our Bussers help create a positive atmosphere where customers feel valued and cared for. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work on feet for long periods
  • Valid work authorization
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas
  • Assist servers with guest needs to enhance service quality
  • Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest and team member health
  • Support front-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Uphold Olive Garden's standards for guest satisfaction and restaurant appearance
