We are currently seeking dedicated Bussers to join our growing team and contribute to maintaining the exceptional dining experience our guests expect. The Busser role at Olive Garden is dynamic and vital to our restaurant operations. It involves keeping the dining area clean, sanitized, and inviting, supporting servers in delivering excellent customer service, and adhering to the highest health and safety standards. This position is hourly, with a competitive wage of $12.14 per hour plus tips, reflecting our respect for the crucial role bussers play. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure it is sanitized and inviting
  • Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
  • Support the team in upholding high safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest needs
  • Restock dining room supplies as needed
  • Help maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
