The role being offered is a team-oriented position within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of Smokey Bones. Employees in this position are key to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that the restaurant is known for. Responsibilities include rolling clean silverware, removing soiled utensils, plates, and drinks, cleaning and resetting tables promptly after guests depart, sweeping service areas, managing trash disposal, and assisting with dishes. Additionally, team members may help run food and attend to guest needs to ensure seamless service throughout each shift. The role requires adherence to strict health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas and necessitates following manager directions reliably throughout the shift. Interaction with guests is a critical component of the job, as employees help address guest requests and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Job Requirements

  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Able to hear, understand, and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift
