The Busser role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring each guest has a pleasant and efficient dining experience. This position focuses on promptly clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers by refilling beverages and responding to guest requests, and supporting the overall service flow especially during busy periods. Bussers work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations and timely service. Key responsibilities include maintaining a tidy dining environment, restocking supplies throughout service, and ensuring each table is prepared for incoming guests. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, coupled with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.
