This job opportunity is for the position of Busser, a vital team member who ensures the efficient operation of the dining room by maintaining cleanliness, supporting servers, and contributing positively to the guests' experience. The Busser’s role is essential in the rhythm of the restaurant, facilitating smooth service flow by promptly clearing and resetting tables, assisting with food and drink delivery, and ensuring the restaurant space remains inviting and orderly. This position requires a proactive, flexible, and energetic individual ready to engage fully with the team and guests alike. Your day-to-day will involve multitasking with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail, delivering hospitality that brightens each guest’s day.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Keep the dining room clean by promptly clearing and resetting tables
- Assist servers with water and tea refills and clearing tableware
- Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed
- Stock clean dishes from the dish station
- Clean spills quickly and discreetly
- Help deliver food, especially during busy times
- Thank guests and ask about their experience
- Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team
- Stay flexible to support smooth restaurant operations
