As a Busser at Fogo de Chao, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by supporting the servers and maintaining the cleanliness and setup of the dining area. The busser position requires a dynamic individual who is able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping the guests’ needs at the forefront. Key responsibilities include maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other items at the table to support the servers. Bussers are also responsible for table cleanups, setting tables efficiently, transporting trays to the dishwashing area, and helping maintain service stations. Shift duties include beginning or closing tasks that are vital for day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be dedicated, energetic, and able to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment while showing a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
