Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the US
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for up to 10 hours
- have required food and alcohol serving certifications before employment
- able to communicate and understand predominant language(s) of guests
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- able to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, and stoop
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- have all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
- authorized to work in the US
Job Duties
- obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware in appropriate areas for washing
- assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- clean and clear tables after each guest experience
- promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths, and check and clean floor as required
- inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
- assist server with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
- continually communicate and assist front of house, bar, and back of house in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
