- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- good physical stamina to perform duties such as standing, walking, and cleaning

Job Duties
- assure and maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
- communicate when tables are ready to be seated
- perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift
- roll silverware
- maintain restroom cleanliness
- support team in providing excellent guest experiences
- assist in restaurant upkeep and organization
