Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge is currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Busser to join their Food and Beverage department on a seasonal, full-time basis. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the restaurant and overall dining experience, helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and communication throughout the service area. The Busser’s responsibilities contribute directly to guests’ satisfaction by ensuring the restaurant environment is spotless, tables are sanitized and reset promptly, and the coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff is seamless.

In this position, the Busser will be expected to uphold all relevant quality, food health, and sanitation standards mandated by the state along with the company’s internal protocols. The role requires physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, and working on one’s feet for extended periods, often in a fast-paced setting.
